Two Equal Halves

Equal doesn’t have to be identical

If it was so…

The ether was similar to earth

The fire and water were akin

Like two fraternal twins

The Yin and Yang stood for the same

Not symbolizing the duality of nature,

Just two discrete names.

Earth adorns a white bridal veil each winter

Autumn she rests and hibernates

Spring impregnates the seed in her womb

Come summer it grows and germinates

A perfect harmony then, nature reverberates

Ever wonder…

If the cosmos goes askew

And orbs go astray

The sun decides not to rise

The days would get swallowed by nights

No light, no life, no time would hold

The universe will be a one big black hole.

But that’s not what makes the world go round

For zillions of light years what keeps it abound

The Universe subsists and gravity sustains

The orbs revolve, in orbits they remain

Fire, water, air and wood

All respect each other’s protocol

Each element sings its note

The quintessence of existence

Lies in playing their Equal Vital role

Equal was never meant to be Identical

But equally relevant

Contrary but complementary

Distinct yet interconnected

Symbiotic but apart

Muscle to move the body

And blood to warm the heart

You need a fine amalgam

To reach a common goal

To give birth to a new life

And make that indivisible whole.

I Have A Dream…

I Have  A Dream…

To weed out the deadwood and grow new saplings

Ready to breathe freely, to enthuse fresh oxygen

Steadfast, impervious of infestation and erosion

To paint the firmament vivid blue and earth lush green

To see these new seedlings be happy, contented

And grow into strong, passionate loving beings

Those greyed and ripened be warm and well tucked

Protected from chill, revered for all their years of giving

To wipe off all the miseries of the world

And make earth so peaceful & serene

All the pain and sorrow be well put back in Pandora’s box,

returning world its lost sheen

Make life’s journey full of joyous moments

And treasure this wealth to look back and gleam

Bathing in memories of all those who brought joy in life

Whose presence n role had a special meaning

The whole planet be wholesome continent

Why fight amongst the geographical terrains

Want to show power n victories over the world?

Save planet, sow seeds and plenty hearts to win !

Let me be Me

I am as much a human being with a heart and a mind of my own. Let me be one than just a daughter, sister, wife and mother to someone, which I would always play to my best…irrespective!

Let me be ME

Let me be Me
I am water I flow

I am fire, I glow

I am the air,

that needs  to freely blow

We all have pursuits, we all have a goal

We all have a journey n destination to follow

We all have to meet , we all have to part

There are lessons to learn and debts to restore

Don’t put me in shackles; I am led by my soul

You can change my crust but not my core

This soil has some seeds, which are meant to grow

I am the Earth, I create lives and nurture them so

Let’s not be a reservoir,

Let’s be the rivers that flow

Let’s create things anew

but not destroy the old

We have a quest to fulfill,

We have a role to play

Its a path we tread together,

not coming in each other’s way

Whenever you need me, you will find me close

Promises I’ve made will always hold

With love and care, being truly there,

Yet I’ve causes to lead, lives to mold

I can’t be someone’s shadow,

I wasn’t meant to be

Don’t wince, don’t whine so

let me be ME !
